We aim to deliver your order in 2-3 working days but we cannot guarantee an exact date. We will keep you updated with the process of your order and we will advise when it despatches and then, when you can expect it.
Small packages will normally be sent with Royal Mail and larger parcels will be sent by courier. If you have any special requirements or requests please feel free to get in touch as we will always try our best to accommodate them.
In most cases we can offer faster deliveries by special request, but we would need to quote case by case so if you need it urgently please send us a message.
All items are delivered FREE in mainland UK. Free delivery does not apply to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Scottish Highlands and Islands. Delivery to other areas will be charged extra but please get in touch before you order for a quotation if you live in a location other than the UK mainland.

If you receive your order and it is damaged then you must notify us within 3 working days. If the packaging is visibly damaged on delivery you must sign as damaged, unless it is posted by Royal Mail. We must be sent photos of the damaged items so we can assess.
We will not accept returns unless agreed in writing by us after investigation into reasons. We will and cannot be held responsible for goods ordered in error by you.
